Mike and Wes were amazing when my roommate and I went in to renew our lease. We had some small glitches in being able to sign the lease. But Mike and Wes jumped on it and corrected it right then and there. I can tell that the new manager Wes and his team are really trying to improve the grounds and living conditions here. There is a lot of work that needs to be done and they seem to be chipping away at it.

Hands down Mike is the friendliest, most helpful person I’ve ever met. He helped my move in process go smoothly and easy without a big headache. If you’re looking to move I highly suggest giving Mike at Haven 124 a call.

Despite the other reviews, here is my experience. Come on down to Haven 124, where you might be missing a lint catcher, oops simple mistake. Come pay your hard earned money to a renovated apartment... oops your kitchen has 2/3 outlets working..sorry. Oh did I tell you.. how it's normal too have crooked cars in the parking lot, taking up 1.5 spots. For 8 consecutive days, but don't worry. The managers said it would be fixed 5 days ago. In fact according to that lovely office receptionist Deb, it is normal. Especially if parking is already hard to find, after 5pm. Sold yet?? I know I am.

I’ve been living at Haven 124 for almost a month now, and I can honestly say it’s been amazing since the start. Mike in leasing was the best person I’ve ever worked with while visiting different complexes. So many apartment complexes are not responsive and could care less about you, at least in this area. Mike went out of his way to help me out and I am so grateful for him! The maintenance staff here is also so quick to respond to any issue. I’m so happy I decided to lease here!
