An aging theater. It's okay, but the seats are the older type. They were out of popcorn butter. They had several drink machines out of order. A bathroom stall had a big hole in the wall where i could see into the stall next to me. But it was clean. And the movie ran with no glitches.

I was really disappointed. I have visited this theater many times in the past, it was always clean, had great service, and provided a great environment to go and watch a movie after hitting one of the great restaurants that surround this theater. This visit was a much different experience. My wife and I arrived at the theater and walked into the lobby as we had already bought tickets online. When we walked in, there was no one checking tickets and we were confused as to who we were supposed to show our digital tickets to. Long story short we only knew what theater to walk into was because it was stated on our digital tickets. Otherwise we would have no idea because no one ever checked the tickets! After getting some snacks I walked up to the bar to try and get a cocktail before the show. I stood there for a good 5 minutes without anyone showing up to help me. We decided to walk away without purchasing anything after waiting for someone to show up since the movie was supposed to start soon. We found our theater, walked in, and as soon as we found our row and turned to go to our seats we immediately felt and heard our shoes sticking to the floor with every step 🤮 it wasn't just our row, as we heard more people come in going to various rows, everyone's shoes were sticking with every step they took. It made sitting in our seats feel pretty dirty. After the movie was over we both went to the restroom and to say they were dirty is an understatement. I'll spare you the details but we were both shocked at how gross they were. It's really sad to see this theater go downhill as it is in such a fantastic location. Needless to say we won't be going back anytime soon.

This AMC is kept very clean and well maintained. Around the Orchard Mall there are signs directing you where to go to find the AMC. The staff is very friendly, so it makes going to see a movie a pleasant experience. However, they are grossly understaffed. There is no one at the ticket counter when you are outside. Many places are doing the same, do I did not find that unusual. But inside at the concierge desk, there also was no one. In order to scan your pre-purchased ticket, you need to go to the concession stand. This is not okay. Because of being understaffed, the bathrooms also suffer regular checks. I found a toilet unflushed with 'evidence' inside. Please AMC. Get more staff.

My husband and I came in to watch sing 2 and unfortunately the projector for our theater wasn’t working.. honestly Zach was so helpful and professional! He gave us movie passes to another movie which was super helpful! We didn’t get to watch our movie but his incredible kindness and professionalism was a very much needed treat. We’ll be back soon!
