Horrible customer service skills. They wanted to argue about the penske truck not being all the way full when it was given to me the same way. In and out in 10 minutes. I reserved a truck and a car dolly but they didn't have the dolly so they upgraded me to a car trailer for free. The people there were super nice and very knowledgeable.
