This place should have no stars. At 11:50 P.M. central time tonight I went to take my dogs to the bathroom and after 15 minutes of letting them do their business and after getting through the front doors I went to the front desk asking for another key card to my room because my mom took the only one. when the lady at the front desk told me that because I am under 21, I am not allowed to get a room key without someone over 21 present. Mind you I was sweet, kind, and respectful while this lady was a complete Karen she was rude and nasty to me. Even after I calmly explained that my mother is an hour away and I don’t have anyone I can call to come get me one she basically said that her job is more important than my safety. The area this extended stay hotel is in is not the best. it’s mediocre at at least. I am a 14 year old blond girl with no way to defend myself. This lady is in the back where she is unable to see me to check on my safety smoking a cigarette. Yes I have my two dogs with me but I am still 14 and defenseless. I would not ever recommend anyone coming here especially if they have kids and trust them to be alone because the staff here do not give a damn about your children or their safety. At this very moment 12:39 P.M. I am still waiting for this lady to finally bring me to my room but is refusing and attempting to argue with me when all I would like is to bring my dogs back to my room so that they can have some water and finish eating their dinner. This lady has been yelling at me for the past five minutes all because I’m in the lobby and not in my room yet. When I don’t have a key card and she refuses to use the master key to let me into my room

The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. It is just like home away from home. Nancy makes me laugh everyday. Scott and Leigh and Deana always work so hard. Sue is a pleasure to work with and her open ear is so appreciated

"Roach motel" is one way to put it. Discovered the place has a german cockroach infestation and reported it to the staff, was never addressed. Pictures show the rooms have carpeting but the floors are actually laminate and stain your feet black from what I'm guessing is not being properly washed. The staffs kinda just there, minimally polite but no clue if they actually really respond to concerns, considering they didnt address the roach problem and its day 3 and havent moved our rooms either. If theres a "gym" I've never seen it. And the internet is absolutely throttled and weirdly in a state of 00's pay by the minute for anything stronger. And lastly this place reeks of chain smokers, which is funny considering its plastered everywhere these are supposed to be smoke free rooms, but ive never seen staff respond to or enforce that. If you're referred here because of maintainance going on in your own home or apartment, I suggest you pick another option, unless you enjoy roach infested kitchenette you're barely going to get much use out of.

Great place! Very Clean & spacious rooms. Good area with many different dining options nearby. Enjoyed my stay here very much !
