I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. After a long day guests would like a clean bed and clean bathroom. Finding hairs all over the bathtub/shower, old gum on the carpet, and an odd smelling pillow case all within 5 minutes of checking in was quite the shock. After 12 hr drive and being 9pm we didn’t care to complain but man, my mom is a housekeeper at a hotel and she was appalled. So I’m not allowed to book hotels again for my family trips 🙃

Place is a little run down with some questionable guests but you get what you pay for, it is a budget hotel. The BAD part is I had bed bug bites all over my body and when i told the manager the day After I checked out she told me she would get back with me. Fast forward about 4 or 5 days and i get no call back. So i decide to call and i get put on hold for 20 minutes. So i hang up and call back and ask the manager why she is avoiding me. She said she had more important matters to attend to, so left me on hold. She stated that she could not get the room I stayed in checked for bed bugs because she had guests in there since I left and didn’t have a chance to get the room checked. I asked why she wouldn’t move guests to a different room if there is a report of bed bugs in there. She said oh well they didn’t say anything yet. She stated that she would give me a call back when the room was unoccupied and gets the exterminators there to check the room. Two months later I have yet to get a call back.
Empty Head
Pros: Staff was great and made leaving early easy. Cheap Cons: room was recently renovated and missing room phone. The sheets and floor were extremely dirty and here were piles of dog hair in the corners. Walking around my feet literally turned black on the bottom. The shower head was very short. Not much furniture in room which wouldn’t be a problem except the dirty floor. We asked specifically if hey would please clean the floor and when we returned it was still dirty even though someone had obviously been through. Conclusion: I would spend the extra coin to get a better hotel. Again staff was awesome, but the dirtiness was not.

Extremely rude staff. Room was very clean but had loose and flimsy fixtures and finishes (which I heard we got blamed for during check out). Stayed with some friends of mine for only one out of two (or maybe three?) nights. Not sure what their entire experience consisted of, although I was informed that my friends were yelled at by staff as they rummaged through our trash from some untold reason, blamed us for one of the many flimsy fixtures that ended up popping off and an attempt to charge us in excess of $600 for "damages" was also made. From what I'm told, it ended up being refunded in the end which is nice even though it ended up costing me over $85 in overdraft fees as they kept charging my card (which was the one on file at check in) and just kept altering the amount every time they attempted a charge until it went through. Not cool to say the least! I cannot fully speak for them as I was not present the last night or two (can't remember how many more nights they stayed) but I was very surprised at the poor attitudes of the staff even at check in. I used to stay here a lot and was one of my favorite places a couple of years ago. Not sure what has happened over the past couple years since I last stayed but it doesn't seem as though it has been for the betterment of the property or business. I've always liked the location as it is close to I25, grocery, fast food, gas stations and much more. To sum it all up, if you stay here, you are definitely rolling the dice and are most likely blinded by the halfway decent price you might be seeing on whatever third party site you are using. In any event, Good Luck and God Speed! You'll need it!

I would contact corporate! I had a terrible experience with this place as well!!! We left and went to the Denver Airport La Quinta and they are SO much better!!! Don't give up on the chain, just do review research before you book a room!
They will still charge your card for the full night and then when you check out they'll rebate your card in 5 to 10 business days
