About seven months prior to purchasing a vehicle with OCMC, I purchased a 08 Prius from Raleigh with 131,000 miles. I said I didn't want the warranty and weirdly enough the messaged me days later and offered to let me have a couple more days to decide to get the warranty. After five weeks the hybrid battery went out. I spent $3,175. The lights go off only to come back on not even two days later saying I needed a inverter coolant pump. Toyota said it would be another $800.00. I went to Carmax they offered me $2,500 for a car that minus the pump was worth $7,000. OCMC offered me $5,000 for a beautiful Nissan Quest with 96,000 miles on it. They were super kind and accommodating. I will say the other deals I have done with cars happened a little quicker, but I think the trade-in was part of the issue. I did have a problem with the lender they used in Jacksonville called Lendmark. I walked off the lot with the van, tags transferred and everything. Lendmark made it seem like it wasn't a done deal that I had to come back the following day. I would definitely recommend them the process with them was nice. They were respectful chatted with me, filled my gas tank which bob mills did not do. They also gave me a powertrain warranty for up to 3,000 miles.
