I've been trying to order from their website for the past few days (5/16/2020) and I ALWAYS receive an "We have received our maximum order capacity for the day, for this location....." error code. Does anyone know WHEN I should attempt to order?

I'm having the same problem. I don't have time to be going multiple times a day to order a desk. I wish it would just work and queue me up for a later pickup, if needed. *Edit: I finally gave up on ordering the desk I wanted from them and bought something similar from another store's website that actually works. Now trying to find a new desk chair. Is normally go to IKEA to try them it and get one that works for me, but I'm going to have to buy one somewhere else and hope it works.

I have the same problem. Has anyone gotten around this? I've tried it at 12:01 a.m., 6:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., and other times throughout the day and get the same "We have received our maximum order capacity for the day..." So is the maximum order capacity ZERO? I've been doing this for two weeks now. What a joke! I don't understand how some people are getting through. I tried calling customer service only to finally hear "Due to high volume, we cannot take your call, goodbye."

IKEA is only able to open so many click and collect slots a day. They tried to open future dates and they filled all available slots for 3 weeks in a few hours. Only time to book is between 7 and 9 AM. After that you will continue to receive the error since the slots are all full.

I am having the same issue. Why wouldn't a company take your money then give you a pickup date? Even if they are backed up, I would wait a week or 2. But trying to get on everyday and get the same message to try again tomorrow is very frustrating. I just need a small desk. Shopping elsewhere.

Sorry Ikea. I gave up on shipping to your store and shipping to my home cost as much as the billy book case I was purchasing. I finally gave up and got a similar book case I was looking for at Walmart. It was easier and I didn't have to pay for shipping to my home. I will do business with Ikea again once they get there customer service and shipping issues figured out.

I’ve placed an order online 2 months ago. Only half of the order arrived. I called and emailed Ikea with no response. ZERO customer service! IKEA will take your money online and then disappear.
