Wooden Horse. Went here for the first time and I'm just shocked that I've never gone before. It did take 40 minutes to get here but boy was it worth it! I've heard all the stories about how IKEA slaps but never experienced it myself. I get it now. I've been awaken. All the good things you've heard about IKEA are true. The store was very clean, all the staff was very nice and helpful. This place is heaven and I just can't wait to go back.

OMG! This is such a fun place to go. Be sure to allow enough time to wonder and explore as there are so many things you wouldn't even expect to find at Ikea, but Yup! They sell that too. (Like cat houses and tunnels.) Prices are really great! Just bring your own bags as they are on the Europeon standard of no plastic bags. (You can buy one of their reusable ones as well!)

My boyfriend and I love going to IKEA to look at and buy furniture. They have a lot of really great cost effective options too. We also love eating here and sometimes drop by for a lunch just because. The Greek salad is amazing and of course the meatballs and jam are too!

The best place for well-designed, beautiful, and inexpensive furniture. They also have plenty of other great household items. Their cafeteria offers excellent food for a great price, too. You really can't go wrong!

I'm having the same problem. I don't have time to be going multiple times a day to order a desk. I wish it would just work and queue me up for a later pickup, if needed. *Edit: I finally gave up on ordering the desk I wanted from them and bought something similar from another store's website that actually works. Now trying to find a new desk chair. Is normally go to IKEA to try them it and get one that works for me, but I'm going to have to buy one somewhere else and hope it works.

It took me a long time to be able to get my order through. I placed it at 7:10am yesterday and it was ready by 11:47am. I tried placing my order at all hours....right after closing, after midnight, even 3am, 4am, 5am etc because I didn't know when the "next day" began for orders.
No!! Runaround is all you'll get. I've been trying to get my kitchen cabinets since 11/20. I live 50 miles away, so i have to physically drive there to resolve any problems.. Still trying to collect all of my cabinets so I can have a kitchen built. They suck!!!!
Yes. They have a service center that has misc parts.
It hasn't worked for me and many other people. No matter what time of day I try to make an order it just says to they have already reached their maximum orders for today and to "try again tomorrow." I don't understand how some people are getting through. What time of of day did you successful people make your orders? I've tried at 12:01 a.m., 6 a.m., 8 a.m., 10 a.m. and many other times throughout the day every day for the last two weeks and it says the same thing every time. So frustrating! How come it works for some people but not for most of the rest of us?
