We really liked the sushi here, but the ramen dishes are relatively bland. Cool and modern vibe inside.

This is our new go to place for Sushi. The staff is helpful, kind, and quick. Our favorite rolls are Volcano, Holiday, and Mt. Fuji. The sushi is prepared while you wait so it is fresh and flavorful. If you don't like sushi they have some amazing traditional Asian dishes as well. The Chicken Teriyaki is spectacular. We have eaten at the restaurant, but have also gotten take out. Either way The Sushi Japanese Cuisine is a must try!

Decent sushi for a reasonable price. We stop in every once in a while because they do have a few interesting rolls that are fun to try. Most of the rolls are in the $9-16 range, but they do buy one get one 50% off so that helps a little. Plan on $10-12 per roll. I would recommend coming here if you're tired of your regular sushi place and want to try something different once. Overall, there are better and cheaper sushi places out there, so this wouldn't be my main go to place. Service is usually ok, but not great. Last time we went in we waited for 5 to 10 minutes before they noticed us to get a seated, (on a Thursday). Food comes out quickly. Rolls can be a little hit and miss. On our last visit the seaweed used to wrap the roles was a little chewy, made the rolls a little harder to eat. Some of the rolls are pretty good, others just OK. Ichi roll is always good. Seasons roll was different and pretty good. We also tried the cucumber wrapped roll with spicy plum sauce. Definitely interesting to try, but not super delicious probably wouldn't order again.

This is propbably the fifth or sixth time I have been to the sushi and I have been nothing less but impressed being a sushi place in Utah is not always easy but they make it seem that way! The fish always tastes fresh and they are constantly adding new rolls. My favorite is to get their 22 piece sashimi it comes out on ice and each item tastes magnificent. They are also currently having a BOGO sale on ALL SUSHI ROLLS so if your tight on cash now is the time to try it out. Low end rolls start at $6 high end start at $12. Update as of 2021: This is still my top sushi restaurant in Utah I have yet to be dissatisfied eating here.

Delicious everything, waiters are awesome, sushi chefs and manager are super friendly! Literally everything tastes delicious and looks beautiful!
Honestly, you cant go wrong with anything here. If youre not hot on sushi itself, try one of their many Bento Boxes. If you want their better sushi rolls, try the spicy salmon, Orange County, Sunrise, Phoenix, and the Papa Roll (last one is not on the menu, but is among the very best they offer)
From what I am aware weekdays lunch is BOGO 50% Off as William said. Its definetly a more quality sushi restaurant!
