Three words that describe my recent experience with this local garage door repair company are RESPONSIVE, HONEST and REASONABLE! It was refreshing to meet their tech was knowledgeable, detailed, and he went the extra mile by properly capping some wiring and thoroughly lubricating the door tracks, hinges etc. Also much appreciated was the fact that they made the repair without trying to FORCE other unnecessary repairs like they typically do at lube oil filter places. With most other companies, you'll get a switch board operator who doesn't know anything about garage doors and sometimes an untrained repair person who might not know more than the switchboard operator. For example, two years ago, when I needed a garage door repair, some other company sent out a guy who obviously didn't know how to trouble shoot and who quoted me a price of $800.00 for the repair. I ended up finding the short in the wiring and fixing it my self for less that $8.00. I will definitely be calling them the next time I need a garage door repair! I have already shared the contact information of this company with my sister and two other friends! How REFRESHING to find an honest and reliable repair company!!!!

They came out because our door would not go down all the way, it would stop and go back up. He made an adjustment on the spring tension. No service charge!! We recently had another local family owned garage door company come out, he spent 10 minutes, couldn't find anything wrong and charged us $175 service fee.

We’ll definitely be using them again for all my garage door needs our garage door wasn’t working properly and all our other places told us we need to replace the entire door which is no little expense one person gave us slightly more economical solution compared to a full replacement but it was still more than what was needed for purposes we just wanted to extend the life of our current door and replaced in the future this company was straightforward and honest and was able to do that for us and Jeffy fantastic quick service would definitely recommend them

Hired them to install two springs for us. We had bought springs from Home Depot thinking we were the pros. It did not work out well. I called this company to come help us. The tech immediately saw the springs and token us we had bought the wrong size springs.! Luckily for us he cemented with springs of his own that actually worked for out garage door. It’s is moving up with no issues. Happy with the services
