My experience here at Veranda has been amazing! From the application process to interacting with the staffs. Katie and Veronica, the leasing agent/ front desk receptionist, and office manager has been nothing but very kind, helpful and friendly. Veronica came out of her office and welcomed me as I was filling out my application. They were both very pleasant to work with. They helped me through the move in process with no hesitation and reassured me that Veranda was the perfect place for my family and I. I felt very welcomed. I am excited to call Veranda my new home! 10/10 would recommend if wanting to move into a modern apartment in a great area!

The apartment was very nice, and clean. I loved that there is a parking garage. I also liked the walk to my apartment was indoors. No walking through the rain. My neighbors were respectful and quiet for the most part. I was sorry to have to leave.

We have only been here for a week but so far everything has been great! We love the apartment itself and management has been great to work with. I have already heard about the car break-ins in the parking garage from a resident here but I’m honestly not super worried as of right now. No issues here, and hopefully none down the road :)

The people here were amazing. I went to look for a new apartment about a month ago. They showed me the apartments they had available and even though I was not able to get approved, the people there were super helpful. I came in about 3 times and everyone was super friendly and courteous I definitely recommend this place.
