I called them out to give me a quote on replacing my upstairs an downstairs 22 year old units. They were not interested in doing anything other than replacing the old units. They would not even talk about any of the new technology ( 2 stage, variable speed, duel fuel etc..). They said they did not do it and it was a waste of money???? I called them out in July and they said they did not do attic work until cooler weather so it would be at least three months before they would do the job. The guy that came to give me the quote, after looking at my system, asked me where the downstairs unit was. I told him right next to the upstairs unit!!! They told me that they would have me a quote the next day but they did not not. I called them two days after the due date and they told me I needed to get someone closer to me to do the job. They are less than 30 min from my house. They finally quoted me verbally over the phone (nothing in writing) $25k. This quote was clearly outrageous and indicated they did not want to do the job. They are much more interested in service calls where they can charge $85 for a $12 capacitor and a $90 service call. (takes about 1min to diagnose and 15 min to change) or a condenser fan motor that cost $100 and they charge $350 to change (1 min to diagnose and 30 min to change). Do not recommend this business at all. They are clearly interest in quick, easy money!

Excellent service! 25+ years of knowing the Webb family business values and they recently did a new install that didn't disappoint. Under price, over deliver. They cut my power bill in half with the new HVAC unit, and did it quickly and professionally. Call them for all your HVAC needs.
