This facility utilizes temp agencies in order to keep the permanent employees at a minimum. Very few people actually know what they're doing and how to operate the machines in the facility. There are signs hanging everywhere well claiming accident-free zone when there are multiple accidents on a daily basis. They will work you 7 days a week for weeks and end without a day off. A smile in your face subterfuge everywhere. Highest turnover I've ever seen in my life. Personally I would look elsewhere for employment.

People in shipping absolutely are unprepared everyday and always messing up the paperwork. You have to wait inside a cage like a dog and no one comes for long periods of time even tho you've been loaded and released from the door for well over 30 minutes. No one here ever has a clue what's going on.

Worked there a year. Got terminated because my 2 white leads( one that I know is racist) falsely accused me of using profanity towards them. They took it to our white management and this black man is out of a job. Thank you James Freddie(R) and Tamitha Grider. Great leadership BorgWarner.
