Is there any valid reason for a Wake County School bus to drop off its last passenger in my subdivision and then back the bus into a dead end street and park there for up to 15 min.? Is this a driver padding his/her hours or something else?

Bus arrives at 3pm...hangs around to 3:15. Just seems hokey to me. No students on the bus.

If a driver has a 3rd tier and 9 times out of 10 it's an Elementary School. And if that driver been getting the kids to the bus stop at a certain time every day and the parents expect it. If they getSousa Elementary School early to get to the bus stops early and the parents are not going to be there and then we're going to have to take them back to the school

They are probably waiting to start their next run. There are time frames to be at stops and schools. Hope that helps

No, sometimes they may have to wait fora few minutes so they won't be too early for their next stop or their next School so to balance a time out they may have to wait a few minutes
