Leonard, I went on the US Geological Survey website to measure the location of my house, which is 33 ft above sea level. That's higher than Landfall at Wrightsville Beach, which is only 22 ft, and Porter's Neck, which is 26 ft. River Lights has EXCELLENT drainage all over the development. I have yet to see flooding in my street and I have been here almost three years!
Hey Lenny! Rivelights is not located in a flood zone and flood insurance is not needed. Riverlights has some of the highest elevation in New Hanover County, and all lots are built 8 to 60 feet above sea level.
