We love Riverlights. It offers the lifestyle we were looking for. Our 38 acre lake is perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, walking the path all around the lake, and walking to the restaurants at Marina Village. We enjoy the many bicycling paths. The community has a wide range of all age groups and it’s very friendly, especially when we sit on the porch and talk to many people passing by.

Leonard, I went on the US Geological Survey website to measure the location of my house, which is 33 ft above sea level. That's higher than Landfall at Wrightsville Beach, which is only 22 ft, and Porter's Neck, which is 26 ft. River Lights has EXCELLENT drainage all over the development. I have yet to see flooding in my street and I have been here almost three years!
