We are so happy with the tub to walk-in shower conversion that West Shore Homes installed for us. The entire process, from estimate to installation, could not have gone smoother. We were very impressed with the professionalism of our two installers, Hector and Nick. They showed up right on time and worked straight through until the job was complete 10 hours later. They were thrown a curveball with our extra thick reinforced concrete slab, but they didn’t let that deter them. They kept the mess to a minimum throughout the day and cleaned up so well that you would never had known that they had torn out and reconstructed half our bathroom. The finished product is just what we were expecting.

The crew that come to do my 2 bathroom remodeling were great , prompt, professional. Hector, Ryan A , William and Nick, seemed to be a tight team, that worked together well and liked what they were doing. Clean , polite with an awesome attitude. I paid good money for this project and , I felt that it was worth it thus far. Everything that Eric Maloney the sales rep.described what would happen, did happen.
