There are, one I spoke with was in Pennsylvania,they weren't of any help very rude too. Your best bet is to go with another cable company. I will no longer give wave any of my money and I found way better service your best bet is to shop around wave and the employees are a bunch of crooks,trust me on this find another cable company.
