They no longer support PFSD "Flex Routes" at DSM4, However they still hire Prime Drivers all the time still. It's actually posted on a banner outside the building.
No, if you go to your amazon account and choose return a package it will guide you to locations near you that accept returns. It will create a qr code that the locations will scan to proceed with the returns. I believe khols and UPS do returns for amazon.
