I knew my internet was bad, but now that I play games I see it's much worse than I thought. For the last 30 days of playing, my internet has gone out mid-game 30 out of 30 days atleast 1 time.

There is an outage in the West Sacramento area and we do have technicians headed there to begin fixing it. The estimated time for it being resolved is 7pm. I am sorry for the inconvienence.

There are, one I spoke with was in Pennsylvania,they weren't of any help very rude too. Your best bet is to go with another cable company. I will no longer give wave any of my money and I found way better service your best bet is to shop around wave and the employees are a bunch of crooks,trust me on this find another cable company.

I don't doubt it one bit, I'm not at all a pleased customer. They reel you in at the beginning then within 4-6mos your bill doubles and your channels vanish. I do not recommend any deals they offer for they dont follow through on what you signed up for. This was my experiance I'm still disputing some issues. It sucks West Sacramento residents doesn't get a whole lot of choices,like Comcast, ect. I'm looking for another cable company and internet service thats fairly reasonable. Any suggestions please post. Also Waves internet sevice is not that great either.
