Not at the building on 24th &Broadway but the one near Stockton Blvd on Broadway

I want to send statement of facts to Sacramento DMV, due to vin #. Which Sacramento DMV do I mail it to?

Go to 4700 Broadway instead, that is a field office, not the headquarters building. Or go online and print it out.
