Good question. My experience has been that if you are seated before 11PM, they will take care of uly as if it were any other hour. Staff had told me that they will stay on duty until the last patron leaves. They have stayed sf late as 1 AM. Of course, that's if you're dining or drinking. That said, 10PM is my preferred time to go because there's less of a crowd and survive tends to be better. Hope that helps.

Dont worry, they'll serve you anyway. They receive people up to 11pm
Normally this is no problem. We did this also and it was no problem to leave a little later than 11pm :)
