Engagement ring shopping was made really easy here! I was paired with Jessi and she was amazing to work with. The whole process of figuring out what i wanted to receiving the ring was very seamless! Jessi was very patient with me and quick to respond to emails. When picking out the diamond, she presented me with several options with high quality videos of how it looks on an actual hand in broad daylight. I had picked a diamond with high specs, however she suggested that i should go with a diamond that was slightly lower in cost because it had a much nicer sparkle that she could see better in real life. That’s how you know she was really looking out for my best interests! The diamonds are slightly higher in price, but its definitely worth the extra money because you know you are getting an experts opinion and a quality diamond. The experience felt very personalized and i would highly recommend this place for anyone looking into diamond shopping!

As part of our commitment to your health and safety, our showroom is open by appointment only, and our in-person private appointments are limited to no more than 45 minutes long. We cannot accommodate same-day appointment requests. In order to ensure your 45-minute appointment is productive, we require a phone or video consultation prior. Our client appointments are completely private. You are the only client in the showroom, and we do not host multiple clients at once. Our private appointments are spaced out at least 1 hour apart to ensure adequate time for sanitation and cleaning. Before your appointment, all surfaces are cleaned and all tools or jewelry that you may come in contact with have been individually sanitized. During your appointment, your Concierge will wear a face covering and maintain appropriate distancing across our showroom table from you. Clients are required to wear face coverings to the appointment. Please limit your party to no more than 3 people.
