First and only review i have ever written but this deserves it. Front desk is a shambles. Even after getting a text to say the table is ready we had been booked in already and the booking skipped/lost. 20 minutes later after prioritising around 8 other groups who arrived after us (also sitting indoors), we were sat down. The beers took half an hour to come from order, but a lemonade was forgotten. After 45 minutes it came. Maybe a lemon tree had to be planted and grown specifically so it could be squeezed fresh. Our waiter was nice enough but I would say they are massively understaffed / the employees don't really care enough to be on top of things. Only saving grace is the food was amazing but took an hour to come. Kept seeing food being taken back around us and even a group clapping when they recieved a plate of food after waiting for so long. One of the worst dinner experiences I've ever had.

The view from the outside seating is spectacular. My first time there food was amazingly good and well display. Drinks was on the heavy side not bad for a drinker as for me it had me dizzy lol recommend this place.

Great experience tonight for us. Super fast service, waiting on arrival of only 10 minutes!! Our server Trint very nice and helpful! The food was excellent!! So on our side nothing negative!

Never a complainer, i work at the Hospitality Industry so i know how it is. The service here is insanely bad maybe worst is the good term. I was joining my family to shop and eat right after work so i was very tired just wanted to get the table and get started until my family finished shopping so i went up to get the table, the staff in the front Derro (sorry if i spelled incorrectly) was friendly and said they couldn’t sit me down and it was the policy.. Derro went to call the manager and the Lady Vanessa came she was full of attitude and loud wasn’t friendly at all she loudly explained that it was the restaurant policy not to sit people down until all guests are present mind you there were people around how embarrassing is that i didn’t come here to eat for free. What kind of manager does that is this the kind of service Cheesecake Factory has to offer to their regular customer? I understand establishment has their policies but is this how you talk to the guests? I am very much disappointed by what happened today. The chain should know how rude of a person they have hired. Cheesecake Factory Recruitment needs to do better.

Thank you for your question, Anthony! Many of our locations accept reservations for large parties (seven or more) for dining at quieter times such as for early lunch immediately after we open or for weekday afternoons. We do not take reservations, even for large parties, for dining during busy times such as evenings, weekends, holidays or special event seasons such as prom or graduation. However, there are still many other off-peak times when we would be happy to reserve for your large party, so please call your us and speak to a manager. He or she will be happy to answer any questions for you!
Reservations needed!
Good question. My experience has been that if you are seated before 11PM, they will take care of uly as if it were any other hour. Staff had told me that they will stay on duty until the last patron leaves. They have stayed sf late as 1 AM. Of course, that's if you're dining or drinking. That said, 10PM is my preferred time to go because there's less of a crowd and survive tends to be better. Hope that helps.
Cheesecake closes on 2 days a year. Thanksgiving and Christmas day
Parking is hard on the street but there is a paid parking right out front that is pretty affordable, about 2$ an hour.

Nope, you have to put your name on a list when you get there. During lunch and dinner hours you may have to wait up to an hour
At the time that I went they were only requiring the vaccinations the booster was not a determining Factor in whether or not you can dine in the facility,
I belive so yes
In the SF location, there's no private rooms. They can accommodate for a party of 10 by pushing a couple of tables together but may be a wait depending on how busy it is.
No. Cheesecake is closed only 2 days a year which is Thanksgiving and Christmas day

Ask the person who gave it to you if they still have the receipt with activation code.
You can't get a reservation at this location. It's on a first come, first serve basis.
