I drive an ambulance (EMS) and my employer told us to get a 4-page medical report+medical examiners certificate. Is this the same as the DMV physical? And is this really $50?

Yes I got a 4 pages dot physical for my commercial driver license

I don't think its the same as a dot, wouldn't hurt calling or pulling up there and asking. it was 50$ for the dot physical. I just got a one page medical report to drive a box truck, dont know bout the 4 page medical report.
