Nice staff, however they seem to always be extremely busy, backed up, not answering phone calls and delay in contacting customers for merchandise pick up likely due to being under staffed, manager needs to do a much better job at hiring and managing. That's my impression...

Good price but under staffed, took forever for a service, even for picking up when the glasses is ready, you still have to take a number and wait for all other people buying their glasses. So ridiculous. Waited so much time.

No. Just take a number and someone will get to you. Even if the prescription is from elsewhere :)
You have to be a member to purchase glasses, but you do not have to be member to see the optometrist. the price of eyeglass frames depends on your insurance, the average of my frames after insurance is 60$.
