No ID from the kiosk because that would be like getting your license out of a Cracker Jack Box. LOL !!!
They can, only if you ask for it, triple check that they have all your personal information, then you have to ask them when can you expect to receive it in the mail... they need good, reliable, responsible help at DMV!
Yes you can get tags as long as you don't need a smog check.
