They wont answer the phone for me about getting my deposit back after moving out. I can get through to their corporate office or whatever and they say "they'll call you sometime today" this is now going to be my third or fourth time calling them.

SAME here!!! They're complete RIP OFF artist's and don't DESERVE to have descent tenants! They lie and do everything they can to keep people's money... I'd rather be HOMELESS than have to live in that SLUM HOLE again!! Good luck getting your deposit back!!
