Avoid. I turned up with a confirmation number and a booking for 10am on the 27th of June. I had to be dropped off at this location by a family member to pick the car up. The young man at the desk informed me that they didn't have a car until 2:30pm, FOUR AND A HALF HOURS after my confirmed booking. I asked for an alternate vehicle and was refused despite having sighted several other rentals behind the building. A phone call or even an email to inform me that there were no cars should be standard procedure you would think. Had I known that there were no cars I would've made other arrangements. My disabled grandmother sat at san francisco Airport for two hours as I had to walk over to Hertz car rental as my only option. Discusted is an under statement.

I'm a truck driver they came and got me took me to the rental place and rented me a car very professional and when I return the vehicle they took me back to my terminal
You can drop the cars off but there's no place to drop the keys so you still have to go back during business hours and drop off the keys But if that's the only time you can get a ride there to drop it off that works
