My grandfather was here for a time before eventually passing away and his level of care while he was here was despicable. Unless you are advocating for your loved one EVERY day, they will go uncared for. Now a friend of mine had to bring their mother here and they had the exact same experience we did. If you or a loved one are ever referred here, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

No visiting and the phones do not work. It makes it impossible to speak to love ones. We were not able to speak to our father on Christmas because of their phone issues. He seemed fine on the 24th when we demanded to speak to him and he died early morning on the 26th. Should have a back up plan for their phones since there is no visiting.
