He definitely keeps this properties value up did I mention he speaks a ton of languages to make everyone feel comfortable fluently! Love him!

Great place to live nice and quite . Lived there for about a year and overall it was good had no problems at all when came to getting anything repaired or something not working properly they fixed dot right away .Jared was very helpful he gets things done and is very respectful to everyone ,Very polite and understanding appreciate him helping us out !
