why are you happy to talk to us when we come in a lot and spend our hard earned money...But if we have a complaint you guys don't want to talk about it or make it right...Instead the guy hangs up on me and from then on he won't answer the phone..SAD

I am a customer like you are. I have only had one issue and I asked and complained nicely without raising my voice or being snotty. You probably we're not speaking to the manager or owner. Ask for that person's number and I am pretty sure you will get it or better still call one of the other Armando's and ask them for the owners number.
