Skinny Latina Chick Had The worst attitude ever. I'm a hard working hispanic and I nor my wife deserve the disrespect. Lady was so rude she did not close my plate right being petty beans spilled all over my wife and inside my car. Someone needs to teach her a lesson. I am never coming back ever. Little broad acting like shes entitled like shes too good for it. I wish i could put 0 stars.

Bad customer service. The food is good. But when they make burritos, Very little meat or chicken. But its corporate. Not the employees fault they just follow rules.

Used to love the service I got from here, but the staffs friendliness and attention to detail have dwindled down to just average fast food service. Disappointing considering I have worked here, and know the integrity expected from upper management. I got ripped off 8 dollars tonight at my meal and it's the last straw.

While the food is always good and I've never had to wait long, I do believe the customer service can be better. There's nothing wrong with a smile and greeting now and then, ESPECIALLY when the customer has greeted you. I work at a school up the street, but I won't be back.
