I have been to this location a few times and the last 3 times the one worker is very rude. I get multiple bowls and a kids bowl and never gives me what I ask. Always closing the bowls before I'm done. & I recently got over charged. Told the girl at the register I had 3 chicken bowls. But the lady that was rude kept saying 2 chicken and 2 barbacoa bowl. When I only had 1 barbacoa. And also charged me for extra chicken when I didn't get extra chicken. Looked at the recipt when I got home and realized it was wrong. I was just so aggravated from how rude the lady was.

The food I ordered is good but I definitely need to try more options next time I visit . And what I ordered wasn't filling me up. I should have ordered an adult size meal. My girlfriends plate was better than mine and hers lasted longer than mine. I ate my food within 6-8 bites.

I usually don't eat at this one but on lunch break came to get a simple meal(kids meal) an they couldn't even get that right s.m.h. came back to speak with the manager on duty (Alfred) an he seems like he doesn't even care your blessed with a job🙏 the at least you could do is make sure you're customer's orders is right isn't your paycheck right😀 that's all we ask for it as a customer, as a corporate store I would think you would take your job more seriously thank you...

So disappointed, I had tried Chipotle many years ago and was awesome with their huge burritos 🌯 but this here is a disappointment.. or could it be just a JOKE ! This shredded beef burrito is half a burrito at full price $10 my soda can is bigger as you can see, I unfolded the burrito too 🤦🏻‍♀️ The steak taco ridiculous!!
