Is it smart business 2 hang up on a customer who spends $50-$75 a week at your location when they call to complain about their order? You burnt the fries! I asked 4 a replacement order & you told me I had to pay again & hung up! I'll never come back!

Really? I've eaten there a lot and have had great interactions. Maybe go in and tell them instead of over the phone when english is not their first language.

I have had great service at Armando's Mexican Restaurant. Go for the Carne Asada Fries ! And Rachel, CHECK your order at any restaurant before you leave the Drive Thru !! When U eat anywhere inside, they always remake the mishap. Oh, and Jesus LOVES you, He is God, in the flesh !

I have a feeling language barrier played a big part in a misunderstanding. I wouldn't this one mishap stop you from returning. Maybe be cautious but not write them off yet. After all its some of the best Mexican fast food in the valley and the best within a number of miles.

Wow! I have never had a bad experience like that. I have asked them to redo an order only 1 time in eating there for more than 7 years. They remade my order quickly with out any trouble. I was friendly and not confrontational and they expressed concern and redid it fresh without problems. Always have treated me and at least a dozen others I work with with great.

That's crazy same kind of thing happened to me today. Loyal customer for 14 years. Anna's attitude on the phone this evening ended that! Horrible customer care!
