This has been a Mexican food staple in Phoenix for a very long time. There are other excellent Mexican food spots in the valley, but we have friends who will have us fly their chips in salsa into other states for them. Maybe it’s a nostalgic thing for us at this point, but we keep going back and they’re so good.

Everything was great and the waitress was very good and polite. I will always go there because it is very clean and the people are always so good.

Poor service by all the staff from start to finish. There is a certain etiquette to every roll that has clearly not been engrained here. Food and serving size was way overpriced. We only finished our meal because of being on a schedule, otherwise we would've left. The interior itself was very dirty. As someone who professionally refinishes restaurants I know it's not a hard thing to keep up on if you have a set of working eyes.

The breakfast was good. Service staff kept on top of our needs. The salsa and chips at the start were good too. I got the Tamale with eggs and potatoes. Potatoes were pretty greasy. Rick got the chilli relleno omelet with beans. This was the better of the two dishes.
