We have been trying to cancel our monthly carwash plan for 3 months and keep getting run around or no response. At carwash they told us have to cancel on Mr. Magic app well we couldn't get in so emailed three times called number that doesn't exist and then finally about to log in stuff must not been transferred and canceled and still got charged can someone please reach out to us and get this canceled so disapointed

Pretty much all self service now. No one to wipe windows off at exit, which I always gave a good tip. Got home 10 min later and windows were all soap spotted. Paid to upgrade for wheel blaster, NOT, had to wipe off wheels myself, didn't even look like water sprayed the wheels. Use to frequent this place often. Not any more.

Somehow my review was removed so I'm going to post it again. I paid all this money for a car wash only to have to pull over and push my own mirrors back out and towel dry my car because it's still covered in soap and water. Jerry you need to give these teenage girls their towel drying job back you cheapskate

Always had a good wash at Jerry's Car wash but now it is under new management, Mr. Magic. Went there last night and the new technology they're using seems to be MUCH better. The new equipment is amazing, especially the dryers. For the summer months, I want to downgrade my monthly pass and, after speaking with Don at the main office of Jerry's, he stated that Mr. Magic will be lowering their prices for the same service I am receiving now. He was so informative on the transition and is helping me get my monthly subscription switched. So I'll be getting the same services for less money now but with better equipment!
