Been going for years. Great experience. So great that I purchased a preloaded card during the discount the would offer on Cyber Monday. I’ll be shocked if this new management still offers that discount. I’ll be using the washes I have left then not renewing. The reason for my one star review is they don’t use water anymore. Not a drop of presoak. They’re even using less soap. Might look ok initially but your car’s paint is going to tell the story of washing a bone dry car. Just wait until winter when there’s salt on your car….Lessening quality while raising pricing is no way to keep your once great business great.

Do not ever go here!!!! Went and paid for the $25 wash and they gave me the lowest wash. On top of that it scratched my car all over it. Also broke my rear wiper. I went back to complain and the young kid said to call and report it he can’t do anything to refund me. I called and no one answers. I emailed and no one emails back. I would avoid this place at all costs. Guess I’ll have to dispute the charge with my cc since they won’t answer me or fix the issue.

They wouldn’t accept coupons for a wash that I brought on the back of a Giant Eagle receipt. Told me I couldn’t get the signature wash anymore or anything else that I had a coupon for. They said the only thing beside the basic wash was 25 and they would take 5 off that for my coupon. I paid the $20 and gave them the coupon. All it did was wax over tons of dead bugs, skip cleaning the tailgate. It left water spots all over and did not remove dirt on doors around handles. I’ll not be back ever.

I have gone to this car wash for the past few years and have never been disappointed until now. I went not long ago and was extremely unhappy with the car wash that I received. First of all, the price for what used to be considered a signature wash is now $20 instead of $17. I guess this place is under new management/ownership and it really shows. When you proceed to drive through, there is not light mist to prep your car for washing. There is still an attendant inside, but they no longer use a soapy brush to remove the dirt from the front or back of your car. Once my car was pulled through the wash cycle, everything was obviously shortened -- the brushes did not scrub the car for as long, the rinse cycle was quick and I still had soapy suds along the base of my windshield and sideview mirrors, and the dryers did not seem as powerful, and I still had water running down the back and side of my car when I left. Also, during the dry cycle, they had lights turned off that told you when to go when the dry time was complete, so I had to guess for myself when to leave. Overall, I was really disappointed in the changes made to this place and will not be back.
