I put my application in 3 weeks ago but I haven't heard back from them to get a authorization to test. I call up there every day and email also. I may have to go to the nursing board directly. Did anyone else have this issue? What should I do?

I applied in june did everything they asked and still have heard nothing. Cant get ahold of a real person to know what to do next
