A tip now days should be no less than 20%. We go to the jade palace off of Pima near Pinnacle Peak. The food is excellent and the service is really good the more they get to know you.

Jade Palace is an upscale Chinese food eatery. Their food is excellent but on the pricey side. My usual bill for two is about 85 to 90 dollars. Perhaps you should have looked more carefully at the menu for prices. It is not your servers fault. If you didn't leave a gratuity because of that, you need to go to Jack in the Box or Dennys if you can't afford it.

The food is excellent, service average but we always leave a tip. Never have I left any server less than 15%
