Ordered to-go at the counter about 45 minutes before closing. The staff was really nice and efficient, so that was a positive. Unfortunately I have absolutely nothing good to say about the food. The honey chicken I got was cold and soggy, the egg rolls tasted old, and the rice was crunchy. My friend and I only ate about half of our food before throwing it out, but that was enough to set us up for a very unpleasant evening. It’ll be a while before I can stomach Chinese food again, and I definitely won’t be ordering from Pei Wei in the future.

Ordered online for pickup and it was ready on time. You can easily pick up on shelves inside. Food tasted fresh and I thought the portion sizes were good. A few of my friends thought the Lo Mein was too sweet. It was a bit sweet, from the sauce. Other than that, I thought it was good for lunch. We ordered the family plate to all share. The Thai donuts were also very good!

We placed an office order from here today and I must say a few of us were very disappointed with the chicken fried rice and pork egg rolls. The rice was slimy, the best I can describe the texture. The chicken was extremely plain with NO FLAVOR and in large pieces. The pork egg rolls were rubbery. Not even sure what kind of meat was in there. Unfortunately we just tossed it in the trash :(

I ordered the firecracker chicken and posted the picture of the menu picture and then a picture of what I received. Can you say false advertising?Think it’s worth $10? I don’t. They raised the price and reduced the amount of chicken. When I asked them about it the server basically confirmed it.
