There is a great deal of hair in this store. They always have synthetic are on clearance in buckets in the front and they have more than I don't know how many human heads of human hair in the store but there is a glasses plate along the back of the store that leads to a salon, and it seems as if all that is overflowing and busting with old and new packs of human hair. Basically this place is located in the mall, and the prices you pay here are probably paying the expensive Mall rent. The staff here is knowledgeable but it's a flip of a coin if they will be nice and helpful. Always helpful but you aren't as nice and helpful. Always there in a pinch because they're open during the mall hours but I wouldn't buy a wig from them ever probably. The clearance prices alone are probably more . A selection in colors not necessarily a variety and brands of braiding hair. They do have a lot of crochet hairs and ponytails as well the those items are organized well on the Shelf I am willing to pay. My experience with this place tells me I can always get synthetic braiding hair in different colors because they have multiple choices but there is little variety in the brands of braiding hair offered. They offer several different kinds of crochet hair to. If you have to come here, don't come in in the last 10 minutes or you will feel the anger from the staff. And don't come in here thinking you are going to get a deal because you are not going to

I have a complaint, so far, I have been patronizing this store for at least 23 years. They have had at least 3 different owners. They are always fully equipped with whatever you need for hair. Also, if interested, a huge selection of wigs and hairpieces. Unfortunately, I visited about 2 months ago and the tall wig wearing black female so-called assistant manager, charged me $8.59 for rubbing alcohol, which she said was 99 cents, CVS charges $3.49 for rubbing alcohol.This woman talked me into it, besides the other products I purchased. My bill was $37.56. I asked the black wig wearing manager to take back the high priced rubbing alcohol. She refused, so I gave back all the products. She has been working there over 6 months, store is owned by Asians. I called my bank from outside the store to stop payment. At this time I had given back all products that I had purchased. My bank did put the money back in my account.That wig wearing so-called manager told my bank that I did not give back any of the products, she lied to the bank. So, the bank took back the money. This woman is really dishonest and a thief since the products were already paid for, she most likely kept the products for herself, since she explained to me that she uses the high priced alcohol. US Bank. The store owes me the money I paid. But, they can keep it. It is not worth a confrontation with that woman. People who wear wigs, they usually believe they are someone else besides their self. I will take the loss, since I will never again patronize that beauty supply store in the Carson Mall.

Very helpful..Clean store, everything is organized neatly and easy to find. Lots of hair products, wigs, etc. Located inside mall (I'm not from California so not sure exact name of mall) I believe we were in Carson, CA. Reasonable prices & nice variety to choose from. The women in there working were very patient as I can be very indesicive at times. Lol Overall good experience, then after you can walk around the mall..grab a bite to eat because of its location. Would return again to see if they have any new products.

The selection of hair products, wigs, and other items are pretty good. I found what I needed easily. The service leaves much to be desired. I would have bought more but grew disgusted with the disinterested and annoyed attitude of the staff. Sorry you don't like your job but don't take it out on the customers. I made a note of the additonal items I would have bought so that I can just order them online.
