Sizes are "approximate" to a size larger than the unit. Rent a 7x10 got a 6x9 but still have to pay the price of 7x10. A foot shorter each size is "minor". 20% less space is similar. I called the number the guy said he won''t do anything things. "This is how we do the business".

Customer service was awesome. We reserved a spot, but unfortunately our RV did not fit. Parkingvis 10' wide, but looks very narrow. Still looking for a storage location to fit our 28' RV.

I came to rent a unit because I recommended by a family member. The staff was extremely nice and very knowledgeable, I was impressed to hear that they have great surveillance cameras. The prices at this location are the best around the area and loved that every unit is very convenient to get to.

It’s cheaper than most when I researched storage over a year ago. However a couple of weeks ago they announced a price increase. For now I’m staying, because it costs to move anyway. And maybe it’s still cheaper than others. I don’t know yet. The staff is friendly and the restroom is clean though.
