This is the most unprofessional property management/leasing office I've ever had to deal with. Don't apply for these apartments unless you want a massive headache. For one, the prices listed on their own website and on other apartment finding websites are NOT accurate and falsely advertised since the actual rent is dependant on their own income "calculation" tiers. But the thing is they can't tell you your definitive monthly rent UNTIL you submit an application AND a $200 holding deposit. Only after they recieve your holding deposit is when they run your rental/credit/background checks and are told how much your actual security deposit and monthly rent will be. Despite this, I asked if I could get the rent calculations done up front to better know what I would be paying and they were able to give me their exact pricing tiers and it seemed fine. HOWEVER, when I went ahead and applied for an apartment they ran into an error with my application which they did not inform me of for an entire week. I only figured that out when I called the leasing office multiple times and finally got a hold of someone to talk to. I was also informed that somehow the prices in their absurd tier calculations had somehow risen during the few days that I had applied. I decided not to move forward with the application due to the innate lack of communication from the leasing office. Honestly I'm glad I did not go through with it because if their office management can barely handle the application process, I cannot imagine how they could possibly professionally manage the day to day operations of the actual apartment complex. Do yourself a favor and look at all the reviews on google and yelp which all skew towards negative and take your money elsewhere.

This new management team is excellent. I enjoy all of the additional activities they hold for residents and my move in was easy! I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Well my issue here is the utilities, now I got myself in a bind because I got this place after a bid on a house that didn’t go threw, fast forward the first contract fell thru an my offer was next an accepted, now I’m paying bills in 2 places an I don’t shower here I don’t even live in the place it’s totally empty with a broom in it an your charging me 70 bucks a month for what water heating charge when there ain’t no water usage being used signed a year lease an the next day my offer was accepted wish I could just give these folks there keys an go but like all the other reviews no one wants to answer the phone an have an adult conversation so I got 5 more months then I will drive down there an get my broom an give them there keys

I've lived here since May 2021 and this has been the worst living experience I've ever had. I moved here sold on the idea of having a smart home and being in a building that prides itself on security and it's been the complete opposite of that my smart home has not been installed seven months into my lease and then they tell me that they're canceling it I was told I was paying more For the smart home features so I'm very upset that I don't get to experience it their resolution for that was to provide a ring camera which is nothing compared to what we were supposed to have. I pay 3500 for a two bedroom and when I asked them to come fix the seals on my window so that I can open my window the fix for that was some double-sided tape that didn't even fix the problem. Please do not move here it's a waste of money and the lack of professionalism from the management team will make what could be a beautiful place a bad experience
