ME Management

Shred-Its customer service is rather poor and disorganized. The sales person in the area is also equally diminished in his attentiveness and customer service role. His name is Bob Graham. The reason we ceased service with Shred it is because a new service became available in the area, and they unsurprisingly filled in all the gaps that Shred It failed in. The new service we are using is URM.
