Spent $115 for take out from the Pinnacle Peak location. My have they raised prices. Chicken with broccoli, pepper steak, chicken with vegetables, beef and broccoli all $20 each. As other people mentioned there was very little chicken or beef in any of the entrees. Even the appetizers were subpar, overly greasy egg rolls and spring rolls with what appears to be only lettuce inside. Low quantity and high prices were not what I expected since I have been going to this restaurant for so many years. Lately I've noticed this trend here but it was never to this extent. Unfortunately this was not a one off bad experience, this is how they operate. I will not be returning.

Food was ok. Wasn't really impressed with the chow mein. Was very bland. Others at the table ordered other dishes and said their's was very good. Had crab puffs, they weren't any better than any other Chinese restaurant in town. Had higher expectations based on all the reviews.

Nutshell... Jade Palace (8876 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255) is as good as any Chinese restaurant I've eaten at in San Francisco or NYC. Details... Whenever I hear of a solid Chinese restaurant, I tend to order 2 items; Dumplings & Beef Lo Mein. Reason why, both take skill. When it comes to dumplings, everything matters, the skin should be tender, and filling should be seasoned correctly and have a delicate flavor. Jade not only met my criteria, but with the sauces served, awesome, spot on. Most Chinese restaurants completely fail at Beef Lo Mein. Typically the beef is chewy & rubbery, with little to no flavor. Reason this happens is the beef is frozen (Culinary Sin!) and/or it is simmered to death in a wok. This though does represent the Beef Lo Mein I enjoyed last evening. The beef was tender, cooked somewhere between medium & medium well, perfect. The binding sauce was top notch with hints of soy, garlic & ginger, just perfect. My hats off to that Kitchen Staff, not a shoemaker in the bunch, you guys are pros, kudos. Probobly the best Chinese I've had in years. If you're in the area, go. Be sure to say hi to Mike, who maybe the friendliest, outgoing and generous restaurant professional you'll meet in AZ.

We ordered take out. Spent $81 for 3 entrees, soup and fried rice! Did get the Mongolian Beef. Upon opening it wife and I commented, "Where is the beef?" It had a huge amount of onions in it. Food was very bland with very little flavor. Portions were large. However food is way over priced. We were very disappointed in the lack of flavor. The war won ton soup was dumped down the disposal. 3 family members tried a portion from the entrees. The wife took several bites and threw rest in garbage. My son and I finished our single plate but didn't want seconds. There was enough leftover for a meal tomorrow but it went into the trash too. We were still hungry so I ordered take out from Pei Wei that tasted better. We will not go back to Jade Palace. If you want really good Chinese try Flo's!

A tip now days should be no less than 20%. We go to the jade palace off of Pima near Pinnacle Peak. The food is excellent and the service is really good the more they get to know you.
Yes they are
I've been there quite a few times, and don't recall ever seeing it on the menu. I checked their menu online, and didn't see it either.
