Yes, it is. If you are staying at this Hotel, they have a Shuttle, which is available 24/7. My friend had a 5:30 a.m.,check-in at Mayo for a pre-op. Appt. We simply called downstairs from the room 30 minutes before to let the Shuttle know what time to be in front. Also,the Shuttle is available to take you to the local, large nearby outdoor Mall & Restaurants. The Shuttle is free. Tipping is certainly appreciated. Finally, FYI, the Hotel sits, essentially on the same grounds as the Mayo Clinic. The Mall is about 5-10 mins. away, by Shuttle. Huge property. Best of luck.

They are walking distance but be aware that summers mean extreme heat and monsoons.
There's also a shuttle between the hotel & the Mayo buildings. Easier to manage when the temps are ovee 110.
