Better solution may be to schedule an appointment
Yes, it is very busy on Saturdays. A line starts forming around 7am. They'll only let so many tests sign in and sometimes cuts those signing in off at 9 - 9:30. If they refuse to take you out, get the persons name and their supervisors name and file a complaint with the registrars office and the governors office. If a customer comes in during business hours minus the last 45 minutes, the government should not be turning them away if they are willing to wait. Always report issues to those high enough that the problem doesn't get covered up. There is a lot of prejudice in the BMV. If this happens to you, again make the complaint the registrar and to the Governor. Demand respect - we pay our taxes. Good luck.🙂
