The worst agents! They lack empathy and do not care to assist you with anything. They are quick to send you a letter if you owe money but slow to return money they owe you. The IRS sent my amended tax's over six months ago and they did nothing. I sent another copy and they have done nothing other then say call back in 120 days. I can not even process how that even works.
Eternity Is In The Moment
They have no answers regarding general questions.. They must be working from home because rep. appeared to be eating and had music playing in background . Absolutely horrible service, and unprofessional. I eventually just said thank you for your time and hung up. I can’t believe how unprofessional state employees can be.

I paid my tax bill in full in March, with a confirmation number and debit coming out of my bank account. Fast forward to September and I get a nasty letter from the Attorney General’s office saying I still owe the taxes. When I called and finally got ahold of someone in customer service, the only thing the representative kept telling me was that I received my notice when I signed my remittance. WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? I never signed anything. She failed to explain what she was talking about and never answered my question. Typical government inefficiency. Why do we put up with this? They clearly take our money, and this is the service we get in return? What a disgrace!
