Choice of salad or soup are complimentary with every Adult entree ordered. You are only charged if the Entree is shared, because there is an additional person eating. The refills of said soup or salad are a courtesy that they provide as well, but are not intended for multiple people to eat off of to avoid purchasing their own meals. The bread is also complimentary while dining in the restaurant, but "extra" refills are not intended for going out the door.
The salad comes with the meal. Not sure about the soup -- never tried it because the house salad is so outstanding.
